Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into company databases and management systems with a high degree of precision and speed.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing data to ensure database integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments regarding data discrepancies.
- Perform regular quality checks on completed work to minimize errors.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
