Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and account information in our database systems.
- Verify and reconcile data with other sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Review data for discrepancies or errors and correct them immediately.
- Organize and file electronic documents and records efficiently.
- Communicate with team members or supervisors regarding data-related inquiries.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Maintain a high level of data entry speed without compromising accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
