Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input data into company databases and CRM systems with a focus on high speed and precision.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure 100% accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information and corporate records.
- Organize and archive physical and digital documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the transcription of handwritten notes and audio recordings into digital text formats.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and remote colleagues via email and chat platforms.
- Perform routine data cleansing and maintenance tasks to keep databases up to date.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree or certificate in data entry is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
