Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases in CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transaction records within SLA timelines
- Generate weekly productivity reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Participate in virtual training sessions for new tools/processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- US work authorization and CA residency required
- Experience with Salesforce or SAP preferred
