Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in CRM and ERP systems
- Verify and cross-reference data against source documents to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to compliance protocols
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement data validation checks to prevent recurring errors
- Train on new systems and processes as company evolves
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with healthcare or financial data compliance standards (HIPAA/FERPA)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a remote setting
- Strong written communication skills for reporting and collaboration
