Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage critical data across multiple client databases with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Perform daily data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance protocols
- Generate and analyze weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards in all data handling
- Optimize data entry workflows to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- ASCP or similar data management certification preferred
- Proven track record of maintaining 99.5%+ data accuracy
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Must reside in Phoenix, AZ or Texas with ability to work US Pacific/Mountain time zones
