Responsibilities

- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactional data with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR protocols when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet daily quotas
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- US-based work authorization and Dallas residency preferred
