Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update high-volume data into our secure cloud-based CRM systems.
- Perform routine audits and quality control checks to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance.
- Digitize and organize physical documents into electronic filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information at all times.
- Generate weekly reports on data entry volume and accuracy metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles.
- Exceptional typing speed (45+ WPM) with a high degree of accuracy (99%+).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
