Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain company data into digital databases and spreadsheets with high precision.
- Verify and cross-reference data to identify and correct errors.
- Transcribe information from physical or electronic documents into the required digital formats.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on all entered data.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality and security of sensitive company records.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding data discrepancies and project status.
- Maintain organized filing systems both digital and physical.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1-3 years preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
