Responsibilities
- Input and Update Data: Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company information into our centralized database systems with a high degree of precision.
- Data Verification: Review and cross-reference data to ensure completeness, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Document Management: Organize, digitize, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and data integrity.
- Transcription: Convert handwritten or audio-recorded notes into digital text formats efficiently.
- Reporting: Assist in generating daily or weekly reports on data entry metrics and identifying discrepancies.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the remote operations team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace; experience with database software is highly desirable.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type accurately and quickly (minimum 45 WPM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow instructions clearly.
