Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting, updating, and verifying customer and account information into our secure database systems.
- Maintaining exceptionally high levels of accuracy while processing large volumes of data on a daily basis.
- Reviewing all entered data for discrepancies or errors and correcting them immediately.
- Performing regular data audits and reconciliation tasks to ensure data integrity.
- Communicating effectively with the remote team via instant messaging and email.
- Adhering to data security protocols and confidentiality agreements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
