Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases using proprietary software
- Verify and clean data using validation protocols and quality checks
- Process and categorize incoming documents/forms with precision
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data migration projects
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies to senior analysts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with <5% error rate
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
