Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into various systems and databases
- Update and maintain existing data records
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform regular data backups and archiving
- Identify and correct data entry errors
- Generate reports as needed
- Adhere to company data security and confidentiality policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Proficient in typing with high accuracy (minimum 45 WPM)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
