Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and company data into our secure digital databases.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure high levels of accuracy and consistency.
- Organize and manage digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation and generation of weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve data discrepancies or clarify instructions.
- Adhere to strict data confidentiality and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
