Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify data across multiple digital platforms
- Process high-volume transactions with zero-error tolerance
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Optimize data management workflows to meet daily targets
- Train on new systems and compliance protocols quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven accuracy rate of 99.5%+ in data processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- WPM 60+ with exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Ability to work independently across time zones
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
