About the Role:
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining electronic and physical records of our client data. You will work closely with our remote team to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems with a high degree of precision.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Perform routine data cleaning and deduplication tasks to maintain database quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors via email and chat platforms.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality policies at all times.
- Complete daily and weekly reporting on data entry volume and accuracy metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related fields.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
