Responsibilities

- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Organize and digitize physical or digital files to ensure easy retrieval and archiving.
- Perform regular quality checks and audits of entered data to identify and correct errors.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the maintenance of email databases and contact information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Must be a resident of the United States, specifically residing in Charlotte, NC.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
