Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases with alphanumeric and numerical data
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.5% data accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within daily SLAs
- Utilize proprietary software and MS Office Suite for data management
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports with key metrics
- Collaborate with Denver-based team leads for priority tasks
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) preferred
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in remote environment
- US-based work authorization and reliable internet connection
