- Organize, update, and maintain physical and digital filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval.
- Review and correct discrepancies in data entry logs to prevent errors.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding project deadlines and data requirements.
- Protect sensitive information by adhering to strict confidentiality policies and security protocols.
- Assist in the digitization of legacy documents and records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support roles.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
