Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information into our cloud-based CRM and internal databases.
- Review and verify data for errors, ensuring high-quality standards before processing.
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical files into searchable digital formats.
- Generate and maintain accurate spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and data security protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service roles.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
