Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer and account information into our database management systems.
- Verify and correct data as needed to ensure high-quality records and minimize errors.
- Review data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly with the supervision team.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, or monthly reports as requested by management.
- Organize physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval and archiving.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies and project updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or general administrative support.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
