- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) with a focus on zero errors.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing data to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Organize and digitize physical documents, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks and audits on completed work batches.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or technical issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a remote setting.
