- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA/GDPR data security standards
- Optimize data management workflows for increased efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Associate degree or relevant certification preferred
