- File Management: Organize, digitize, and file physical and digital documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
- System Updates: Regularly update company databases with new client information, inventory details, and transaction records.
- Quality Control: Perform routine audits of entered data to identify and rectify discrepancies immediately.
- Reporting: Assist in generating basic reports and summaries of data trends to support management decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or certification in data management is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office management roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace; experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type with high accuracy and speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
