Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases using proprietary software
- Verify and cross-reference data from source documents to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting daily productivity targets
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports to team leads
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with virtual team members via Slack and Zoom for project alignment
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of data entry or administrative experience
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP a plus)
