- Organize and maintain physical or electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Generate and update reports based on the data collected and entered.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to clarify data requirements or resolve issues.
- Assist in the scanning, digitizing, and archiving of important documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a remote environment.
