- Enter, update, and verify data into our secure database systems with 99.9% accuracy.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
- Transcribe information from various formats, including handwritten notes and scanned PDFs.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data is backed up securely.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies or urgent tasks.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a similar role.
- Minimum typing speed of 40-50 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
