Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify accurate data into company databases and spreadsheets with a focus on zero error rates.
- Review and correct discrepancies in data entry to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
- Perform regular data audits and generate reports on data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Minneapolis-based administrative team to clarify data requirements and resolve entry issues.
- Manage incoming documents and convert them into digital formats for the database.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
