Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately and efficiently input data from various sources into our cloud-based database systems with a focus on zero errors.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Organize and maintain physical or digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Update and modify existing records as requested by management.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and data summaries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or urgent tasks.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (minimum 1 year).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
