Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical client data in CRM and database systems
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions and documents during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly performance reports for operational insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Train on proprietary software and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database software
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 98% accuracy in timed tests
- Ability to work independently during night shift with reliable home internet connection
