Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform quality assurance checks through data validation protocols and reconciliation procedures
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.8% accuracy while meeting nightly productivity benchmarks
- Generate daily reports and analytics dashboards for operational leadership teams
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for confidential information handling
- Collaborate with global teams via virtual communication platforms during shift overlaps
- Implement continuous improvement suggestions for data processing workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated error rates below 0.2%
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and dedicated home office space
- Associate's degree in Data Management or related field preferred
