- Perform quality checks to maintain 99.5% data integrity standards
- Process transactions and documentation within strict SLA timelines
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management
- Generate daily productivity reports and flag inconsistencies for review
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Adhere to HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and database management
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
