- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Generate daily activity reports and quality metrics
- Collaborate with global teams via communication platforms
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Resolve data discrepancies with proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Basic SQL knowledge a plus
