Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage large volumes of alphanumeric data into proprietary systems
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% data accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Process confidential information with strict adherence to HIPAA and GDPR protocols
- Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions to reconcile discrepancies and generate daily reports
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods for seamless workflow continuity
- Maintain detailed activity logs and escalate data irregularities to senior analysts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to detect minute discrepancies
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST, Monday-Friday
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and ergonomic home office setup
