Responsibilities

- Perform nightly reconciliation of financial and inventory records
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for HIPAA/GDPR-compliant information
- Generate daily progress reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and escalate complex issues to senior analysts
- Adhere to SLA metrics for processing 500+ transactions nightly

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 0.1% error rate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
