Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in SQL and CRM databases
- Validate data integrity through cross-referencing source documents and digital files
- Process high-volume transactions with zero tolerance for errors (99.9% accuracy target)
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with offshore teams to reconcile discrepancies in real-time systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliant data
- Utilize automation tools (Zapier/UiPath) to streamline repetitive workflows
- Participate in quarterly audits and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with high-volume systems
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy in timed tests
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Familiarity with SQL database management and CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail-oriented tasks
- Experience with data validation protocols and error correction frameworks
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet home office setup
