Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases
- Perform data validation and quality checks with 99.5% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with virtual team leads using Slack and CRM systems
- Adhere to strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven 10-key typing speed (8,000+ KPH)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM CT, 5 days/week)
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
