Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client information into proprietary databases and CRM systems
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies through cross-referencing source documents
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.5% accuracy within daily quotas
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and financial data
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data entry bottlenecks
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Valid US work authorization
