- Perform quality checks to maintain 99.5% data integrity
- Manage confidential information with HIPAA-compliant protocols
- Collaborate with global teams via virtual communication tools
- Process transactions and reconcile discrepancies nightly
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
