Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple digital platforms and databases
- Perform regular data validation, verification, and reconciliation to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions and documentation during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and identify data anomalies for resolution
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual communication tools

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry or clerical experience
