Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify confidential financial, inventory, and client data into proprietary systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols during data handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift handovers for seamless workflow
- Proactively identify data trends and suggest process improvements
- Train on new data management tools quarterly to maintain system proficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour accuracy
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Professional typing certification (45+ WPM with 99% accuracy)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail orientation
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
