Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential client data in proprietary databases
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLA deadlines
- Generate daily reports and analytics for client review
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and escalate complex issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Experience with CRM/SAP systems preferred
