Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Verify data integrity by cross-referencing information against source documents
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Generate daily/weekly reports and data summaries for management
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and data security standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow continuity
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through systematic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven accuracy rate of 98%+ in data processing tasks
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Strong time management skills for independent night shift work
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
- Ability to work consistently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
