- Accurately input and manage high-volume data across multiple platforms
- Verify and reconcile information to maintain 99.9% data integrity
- Process transactions and documents within strict SLAs
- Utilize proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Generate daily reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Previous experience with night shift or remote work preferred
