Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify 500+ daily transactions across multiple client databases
- Perform data reconciliation and anomaly detection using proprietary software
- Maintain strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance for sensitive information
- Generate weekly quality reports with zero-error tolerance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams via Slack for seamless data handoffs
- Train on new client protocols during monthly virtual workshops
- Optimize workflows using Excel macros and automation tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- ISO 27001 certification or equivalent data security training
- Proven night-shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- WPM typing test score >65 with 100% accuracy
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM data migration
