Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage large volumes of alphanumeric data into proprietary systems
- Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with HIPAA/GDPR standards
- Utilize company-provided equipment to process transactions nightly (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict SLAs and meet nightly productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months of data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with reliable internet
- Strong attention to detail with error detection skills
- Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
