Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases with high precision
- Process and reconcile transaction records following strict compliance protocols
- Perform quality assurance checks using proprietary validation tools
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for stakeholder review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA security guidelines for sensitive data
- Identify and escalate data discrepancies to senior analysts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (PST)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- US-based work authorization and quiet home office setup
