Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data in proprietary databases and CRM systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and internal analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
