Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical business data across multiple platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Generate daily performance reports and escalate data discrepancies
- Collaborate with offshore teams to reconcile data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and error detection skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST) consistently
