Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information into proprietary CRM systems
- Process high-volume transactional documents with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Validate data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with offshore teams during shift handovers
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with version control
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 8,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for data errors
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
- Available for mandatory weekend shifts quarterly
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database management preferred
